About This Role
- Manage daily transportation operations including coordinating vehicle dispatch and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain communication and coordination between customers, transporters, vendors, warehouses, and internal teams to resolve delivery and transportation issues promptly.
- Monitor and optimize freight costs, maintain dispatch and shipment records, ensure Proof of Delivery collection, and generate daily logistics MIS and reports.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–10+ years work experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or dispatch operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience preferred in Steel, Manufacturing, Building Materials, Cement, Construction, Metals, or Industrial Products industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; knowledge of ERP/CRM systems is advantageous.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced at managing end-to-end logistics operations with measurable accountability for on-time deliveries and cost control.
- Comfortable working in industrial product sectors, preferably steel or manufacturing, indicating domain familiarity.
- Strong at vendor negotiation, multi-stakeholder coordination, and issue resolution under pressure within fast-moving supply chain environments.
