About This Role
- Implement, operate, and improve cloud infrastructure and services on AWS and Azure, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.
- Support operational activities including incident troubleshooting, major incident response, and root cause analysis.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation) and automate operational tasks to enhance platform reliability and performance.
Minimum Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or CloudFormation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Role based in Hyderabad (Hybrid) with support for EU/US timezones required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in ITIL processes (incident, problem, change) with a focus on operational efficiency and automation.
- Capable of collaborating across Cloud Architecture, Security, and Networking teams to align solutions with enterprise standards.
- Comfortable working with both Linux and Windows server environments and operationally managing containers and Kubernetes.
