About This Role
- Execute and coordinate accounting processes including ledger reconciliation, account balancing, and discrepancy resolution.
- Manage accounting SOP audits and ensure compliance with fraud and collection laws.
- Prepare and submit accurate financial reports, monitor tax compliance, and support period-end closing activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related field with no work experience OR 2-year degree with 1 year of relevant finance/accounting experience.
- Knowledge of accounting practices, financial reporting, and return check/write off procedures.
- Proficiency in using financial software and computer systems for data processing and spreadsheet development.
- Work Experience Required: Either no experience with 4-year degree or 1 year experience with 2-year degree as per JD.

- Experienced in managing accounting operations with focus on ledger and tax compliance within a property or hospitality environment.
- Capable of coordinating audits, ensuring internal controls, and communicating financial information effectively to stakeholders.
