About This Role
- Manage end-to-end HR transactions including hiring, terminations, personal and job data changes ensuring high accuracy.
- Coordinate process transitions from offshore locations to onsite team, maintaining required learning curve and timeline.
- Participate in regional and global HR projects and support new joiners and team members in HR operations processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-5 years of work experience in HR Operations.
- Proficient with Workday including transaction processing, EIBs, bulk uploads, and HR ServiceNow.
- Strong Excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables, formatting).
- Five days work from office in Pune with flexibility to work in shifts.
