Technical skills: TCP/IP, Linux/Shell scripting, Packet Capture/Wireshark, Jira, SQL, Python, Java, Go, Jenkins, AWS OpenSearch, Tableau/Power BI, network analysis.
Strong system thinking and troubleshooting skills for complex networked environments involving satellite communications.
Experience leading cross-functional incident reviews and driving continuous improvement processes.
Ability to independently manage technical escalations and effectively communicate complex network performance data to diverse stakeholders.
