About This Role
- Own improving the end-to-end user journey including discovery, counselling, application, and admissions processes.
- Analyze data from funnels, CRM, and user behavior to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities; translate findings into product requirements.
- Manage workflows, run experiments, track impact on user conversion and experience, and maintain dashboards, SOPs, and processes for scalable product launches while acting as a liaison between Product and Operations teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in product operations, business operations, product, analytics, consulting, or similar roles.
- Location: Domlur, Bengaluru with mandatory office presence 5 days/week.
- Proficiency with data analysis and spreadsheet tools is required.
- Work Experience Required: 0–2 years
