About This Role
- Own improvements to the end-to-end user journey including discovery, counselling, application, and admissions processes.
- Analyze data (funnels, call outcomes, CRM, user behavior) to identify drop-offs and product/operational gaps and translate findings into clear product requirements.
- Manage workflows, run experiments, test AI-powered features, and own dashboards and SOPs to ensure scalable product launches and smooth coordination between Product and Operations teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in product operations, business operations, product, analytics, consulting, or similar roles.
- Location: Domlur, Bengaluru with mandatory work from office, 5 days/week.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data; proficient in data analysis.
- Work Experience Required: 0–2 years as explicitly stated in the JD.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Early-career professional with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills focused on operational efficiency and product improvement.
- Experience working directly with users and operational teams to identify and resolve issues within fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Familiarity with or curiosity about AI tools, with hands-on usage in daily workflows, enabling testing and enhancement of AI-powered product features.
