About This Role
- Lead architecture and development of high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems using Java and microservices.
- Drive end-to-end system design focusing on scalability, resilience, fault tolerance, and operability for large-scale backend platforms.
- Influence technical decisions across teams, mentor senior engineers, and define architecture and engineering quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of experience building and operating backend systems at scale.
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker in production environments.
- Strong fundamentals in system design, concurrency, data modeling, performance optimization, and experience with PostgreSQL or similar databases.

- Experienced senior engineer capable of technical leadership and influencing architecture across multiple teams or products.
- Proven ability to design and operate highly available, large-scale backend systems with a focus on performance and scalability.
