About This Role
- Lead design, development, and operationalization of data quality (DQ) rules, pipelines, and remediation processes for Finance platforms.
- Own overall data accuracy and completeness for key finance data elements, ensuring trusted and governed data for analytics and financial reporting.
- Partner with stakeholders to drive data governance initiatives, documentation, and automation of DQ fixes, including mentoring junior analysts.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in data management, data quality/governance, or related roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Snowflake, and AWS data stack (Glue, Lambda, Athena).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Must work onsite 5 days a week in Bangalore Shared Services office; Visa sponsorship not available.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to lead business and IT discussions around DQ solution development with strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills.
- Experience building and operating end-to-end data quality pipelines including integration of AWS Glue workflows with Apache Airflow and API development.
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks, data cataloging tools (e.g., Alation), and mentoring junior team members.
