About This Role
- Lead design, development, and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade logistics microservices and integrations with Warehouse and Transportation Management Systems.
- Own application health in production including monitoring, alerting, incident triage, and root-cause analysis for logistics platforms.
- Drive Agile delivery processes, mentor engineers, and identify AI and automation opportunities to improve logistics operations and productivity.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years software engineering experience, with at least 3 years as a Java Lead.
- Hands-on expertise in Java, JavaEE, Spring Boot/MVC/WebFlux, microservices, Kafka, RESTful APIs, and experience with container platforms like Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience integrating with Manhattan WMOS, Transportation Management Systems, Slotting, and Labor Management systems in a logistics or supply chain environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

- Experienced in logistics domain technology with strong knowledge of warehouse management and distribution center operations.
- Demonstrated capability to lead technical teams and third-party vendor integrations while aligning technology solutions to operational and revenue goals.
- Proficient in applying AI tools and automation platforms to improve operational support, data validation, and reporting within logistics systems.
