About This Role
- Design, build, and maintain scalable batch and streaming data pipelines integrating multiple systems including IoT, SAP, PLM, MES, and dealer systems.
- Model data lakes/lakehouses/warehouses, optimize data storage and performance, and develop feature pipelines to support AI/ML and analytics use cases.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists to productionize AI/ML models, implement MLOps including CI/CD, model monitoring, and support GenAI use cases such as RAG pipelines and vector indexing.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering roles.
- Strong proficiency with Snowflake, SQL, Python, and ETL tools like Snaplogic; familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Must work onsite 5 days a week in Bangalore with shift timing from 01:00PM to 10:00PM IST; visa sponsorship not available.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and optimizing large-scale data architectures incorporating data lakes, lakehouses, and warehouses using modern formats and medallion architectures.
- Skilled in AI/ML production workflows including feature pipelines, model deployment, and MLOps practices with hands-on experience in GenAI tools and vector databases.
- Able to operate within a product-oriented, security-first and automation-focused environment, collaborating effectively with global, cross-functional teams bridging business and engineering.
