About This Role
- Build, enhance, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using the MERN stack (Node.js, React.js, Next.js, MongoDB).
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and collaborate with project managers and solution teams to deploy microservices-based architectures where relevant.
- Serve as primary technical point of contact for MERN-related issues, code review, troubleshooting, and support of junior developers.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack.
- Strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, Next.js, Express.js, and MongoDB with data modeling for large-scale applications.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years with MERN stack.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced full-stack developer capable of designing scalable, high-performance applications and systems using microservices architecture.
- Able to translate complex business needs into technical solutions and interact confidently with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Familiar with version control (Git), CI/CD workflows, and applying AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality and speed.
