About This Role
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js, React.js, Express.js, and Strapi.
- Build and secure REST APIs and manage Strapi CMS while optimizing performance and security.
- Support application lifecycle including monitoring with OpenTelemetry, troubleshooting, CI/CD, and production support in Kubernetes/Docker environments.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of relevant software development experience.
- Strong hands-on skills with Node.js, React.js, Express.js, Strapi, JavaScript (ES6+), and working knowledge of TypeScript.
- Experience with REST APIs, HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, application security, performance optimization, and troubleshooting production applications.
- Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, databases, and Redis/caching required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling high-traffic, public-facing web applications, preferably in banking, payments, or regulated sectors.
- Practical skills in integrating CDN, WAF, API Gateway, and conducting performance testing.
- Strategic ability to maintain application security, scalability, and operational reliability in containerized environments.
