About This Role
- Own procurement and category management for IS SFN / Piping / Water / Contract Manufacturing, including floating RFQs and contract management.
- Control fabrication costing processes such as zero-based costing and cost sheet analysis to optimize spend.
- Negotiate contracts, draft terms and conditions, and manage supply chain activities within project environments.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE/BTech) mandatory; MBA is advantageous.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in procurement or category management.
- Experience working in OEM, multinational companies, or EPC project environments is required.
- Proven expertise with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle; open to 30-40% travel.

- Experienced in project-driven, dynamic procurement settings within OEM or multinational/EPC companies.
- Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills with a hands-on approach to cost management and analytics.
- Comfortable adapting to changing project requirements and working across cross-functional teams using ERP tools.
