About This Role
- Own end-to-end category management for IS SFN, Piping, Water, and Contract Manufacturing materials.
- Manage procurement activities including RFQs, cost sheet analysis, contract management, negotiations, and drafting contract terms and conditions.
- Support project environments by adapting procurement strategies to ongoing project changes and ensure cost optimization.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE/BTech) mandatory; MBA is advantageous.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in OEM, multinational companies, or EPC project environments.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is required.
- Willingness and ability to travel 30-40%.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in fabrication costing, zero-based costing, and cost sheet analysis within procurement contexts.
- Familiar with project procurement cycles in OEM or EPC environments with capability to manage dynamic project requirements.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills including drafting terms and conditions.
