Support digital commerce capabilities by managing EDI and OCR partner onboarding, including coordination, requirements analysis, testing, and validation.
Own the project management and implementation of eBusiness solutions, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to resolve business and SAP issues.
Ensure post-implementation quality assurance, hypercare support, and continuous improvement for eBusiness tools and integrations.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT preferred or minimum 3 years relevant experience.
Experience or working knowledge of EDI, IDOC processing, mapping, XML, and EDI standards such as ANSI or EDIFACT.
Experience or working knowledge of SAP ECC and order-to-cash, logistics, or digital commerce processes.
Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule aligned with international time zones.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong experience managing digital commerce or eBusiness projects involving cross-functional and external vendor collaboration.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to troubleshoot integration and SAP issues related to EDI and digital commerce.
Effective communicator able to coordinate with onsite and offshore teams and diverse stakeholder groups including customers, vendors, and logistics providers.
