About This Role
- Lead end-to-end implementation of MERN stack projects, ensuring delivery of features with high confidence.
- Analyze requirements, break down user stories, estimate and pre-plan sprints, delegating tasks to junior engineers and ensuring their growth.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce Test-Driven Development, maintain technical documentation, handle dependencies, and communicate proactively with cross-functional teams and management.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js (Express.js), React, MongoDB/NoSQL, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and AWS.
- Educational qualification: B.Tech/B.E./BCA/MCA/M.Tech.
- Experience or ability to lead sprints, perform task delegation, code reviews, and mentoring of junior engineers.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing and mentoring junior engineers within cross-functional Agile teams.
- Strong operational ownership in delivering MERN stack projects on schedule while maintaining code quality.
- Skilled in collaborating with product owners and senior management for project planning and communication.
