About This Role
- Perform data cleaning, data analysis, and ETL operations to support end-user use cases.
- Create and automate data workflows primarily using SQL and Python to reduce manual effort and improve reporting speed.
- Analyze large claims datasets (1M+ records) to derive actionable insights in healthcare or similar domains.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–6 years of relevant work experience in Data Analysis or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (mandatory).
- Work from office in Noida for 4 days a week, shift timing 11 AM to 9 PM.
- Experience with Python, Tableau or Power BI is preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Background in Data Analysis or Analytics rather than pure Data Engineering with PySpark, Databricks, or Spark.
- Experience in healthcare analytics or handling large-scale datasets (e.g., 1M+ patient records) is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and automate SQL and Python data transformation workflows that significantly reduce manual data preparation efforts.
