About This Role
- Scrutinise and approve account opening, maintenance, and closure requests for Government Departments and entities ensuring full compliance with RBI regulations and bank policies.
- Mitigate operational and compliance risks through document verification, stakeholder coordination, process improvements, and MIS reporting.
- Lead training and capability building of Government Business teams and manage escalation of operational risks.
Minimum Requirements
- Approximately 4 years of relevant banking experience in account opening.
- Prior experience in Government Business operations with team management responsibilities.
- Graduate degree from a reputed institute.
- Location: New Delhi.

- Experienced in Government Business operational processes with strong knowledge of RBI regulations and KYC guidelines.
- Demonstrated leadership with ability to manage teams and drive process improvements.
