About This Role
- Lead and manage execution of carbon process-related and input sales projects across Andhra Pradesh with a field force of ~100 via implementation partners.
- Ensure partner teams meet targets, refine SOPs and processes, and hold field agents accountable for seamless execution.
- Oversee state-level teams, conduct farmer engagement and training programs, and manage logistics for climate-smart agricultural input distribution.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in agri-project management, field extension, or input distribution/sales.
- Proven experience managing large field teams (100-300) through partners or direct leadership.
- Native fluency in Telugu is mandatory.
- Strong educational background preferably in Agribusiness management, Field Extension management, operations or supply chain strategy.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in scaling multi-district/state agri programs with strong process optimization and system building skills.
- Proficient in using project management tools (Notion, Google Workspace, Excel, Looker Studio) and creating/monitoring MIS and KPIs.
- Effective in managing diverse stakeholders including NGOs, government bodies, agri universities, and rural teams with cultural sensitivity and accountability frameworks.
