About This Role
- Design and architect scalable, secure Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives and industry standards.
- Lead technical discussions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated Salesforce solutions, including custom development using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Flow Automation.
- Establish and enforce Salesforce development standards, troubleshoot complex issues, mentor junior developers, and optimize platform performance and security.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in Salesforce platform architecture and solution design, up to 10 years in enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce sharing and security models, data modeling, Flow Automation, SOQL, and Salesforce platform configuration.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or closely related field.
- Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I & II, Application Architect, System Architect.

- Experienced Salesforce architect comfortable with hands-on development and solution design in large enterprise settings.
- Proficient in integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs and implementing DevOps/CI-CD pipelines.
