About This Role
- Lead the Semi-Annual Supplier Business Review cycle managing global OEMs and VARs, collecting performance data, and tracking action items.
- Manage high-value contract records in the CLM database, enforce spend approval compliance for deals over $2M, and audit software/hardware contracts for financial accuracy.
- Coordinate M&A contract and license integrations, oversee external workforce compliance audits, and resolve complex purchase order disputes as escalation point.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of professional experience in supplier relationship management, contract lifecycle administration, procurement, or external workforce compliance.
- Expert knowledge of global import/export regulations, Incoterms, trade classifications, and corporate capitalization thresholds.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP (Materials Management, Finance/AP, Procure-to-Pay) and managing purchase information records and catalog master data.
- Work Experience Required: 5 to 8 years in relevant fields.
