About This Role
- Provide escalation support for networking and cloud-connected Wi-Fi premises equipment, resolving technical product issues with urgency and ownership.
- Create technical documentation for internal and external knowledge sharing and collaborate cross-functionally including with Executives.
- Support Early Adopter customers on cutting-edge hardware and software, managing multiple issues/projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of technical support and/or escalation experience in Networking or Software Applications.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and networking knowledge including TCP/IP, L2/L3, VLANs, QoS, 802.11, DHCP, IPv4/IPv6, VoIP, DNS, Firewalls, SNMP, scripting (Python/Bash), Linux.
- Work location: India, Bangalore office presence required 20 days per quarter (flexible hybrid work model).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in technical account management and customer service in networking/cloud environments, able to handle executive-level communications.
- Comfortable working autonomously with a strong customer-centric and problem-solving orientation in fast-paced settings.
- Familiar with cloud-based client/server architecture, RESTful APIs, authentication methods (OAuth2), API Gateway concepts, and automation tools like Postman.
