Work location: India, Bangalore office presence required 20 days per quarter (flexible hybrid work model).
Experienced in technical account management and customer service in networking/cloud environments, able to handle executive-level communications.
Comfortable working autonomously with a strong customer-centric and problem-solving orientation in fast-paced settings.
Familiar with cloud-based client/server architecture, RESTful APIs, authentication methods (OAuth2), API Gateway concepts, and automation tools like Postman.
