About This Role
- Designs, develops, and maintains secure, stable, and scalable software solutions within an agile team.
- Leverages enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality and productivity, including validating AI-generated outputs.
- Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and proactively improves coding hygiene and system architecture based on data analysis.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Proficiency in Java or Python programming languages.
- Experience with system design, application development, testing, and operational stability in large corporate environments.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and knowledge of responsible AI use in engineering workflows.
