About This Role
- Own end-to-end full stack feature delivery including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
- Lead adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes.
- Provide technical leadership by influencing architecture, mentoring engineers, and promoting secure-by-design development and automation best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of applied experience with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
- Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and Python with experience in both front-end and back-end development (services/APIs).
- Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD automation, monitoring, and observability practices.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in relevant software engineering roles.
