About This Role
- Collect and analyze operational data reports to determine financial outcomes within the Finance Operations vertical.
- Optimize working capital by managing revenue and cash flow visibility and streamlining billing processes end-to-end, from customer inquiry to invoicing.
- Handle cash application processing including resolving cash application queries, reconciling unapplied cash and suspense accounts, and managing payment receipt finalization.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of work experience in Order to Cash (OTC) operations or related finance operations.
- BCom degree is mandatory.
- Primary skill required: Order to Cash (OTC) process knowledge at P3 level.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

- Experienced individual contributor comfortable handling moderate complexity analysis and problem-solving in OTC processes.
- Able to work collaboratively with peers under moderate supervision and limited client or management exposure.
- Detail-oriented with focus on process adherence from order receipt through collections and revenue assurance activities.
