About This Role
- Oversee procurement, storage, and distribution of manufacturing materials to ensure timely availability in required quantities.
- Manage supplier relationships, optimize inventory, and align material availability with production demands to improve operational efficiency and cost control.
- Lead daily operations of material handlers including enforcing safety protocols, conducting audits, and training team members on material handling procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of applicable experience.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in materials management or related fields.
- Experience with leadership and team management in a production environment.
- Proficiency in inventory/materials management and ERP/MRP systems.

- Experienced leader capable of managing and motivating teams in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Skilled in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing methodologies such as 5S and Kaizen to enhance process efficiency.
- Strong background in inventory control and cross-functional collaboration to ensure material availability aligned with production needs.
