Willingness to travel 10-15%; work schedule between 7AM-5PM Monday-Friday with flexibility to meet business needs.
Strong understanding of cost accounting principles including average and standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory management.
Experienced in fast-paced or high-growth environments, with demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial data to non-finance partners.
Capable of leading month-end close and audit support activities with attention to GAAP compliance and internal controls.
