About This Role
- Deliver reliable AI-enabled features, automations, and integrations independently across core business platforms using AI development tools.
- Own well-defined features end-to-end including implementation, testing, documentation, deployment support, and post-release monitoring.
- Validate and defend AI-assisted code and model outputs for correctness, security, maintainability, performance, and alignment with business needs.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
- Fluency with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or equivalents.
- Strong hands-on experience with Laravel, PHP, SQL/MySQL, and Eloquent query structures.
- Experience delivering an LLM-powered feature, automation, agent, or internal tool.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Capable of disciplined AI-assisted development with critical validation of AI-generated outputs.
- Skilled in building AI-powered features and automations using prompt templates, structured outputs, validation, and human-review steps.
- Experienced in platform integration and automation with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, authentication, and error handling.
