About This Role
- Own end-to-end Product Control processes for European / Middle East sites including P&L production, analysis, commentaries, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with Group policies, controls, audit, regulatory reporting, and risk mitigation in Finance Product Control operations.
- Lead quality and efficiency improvement projects using methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean, and manage business continuity planning for Product Control.
Minimum Requirements
- University degree from a reputable institution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Control, Valuations, or related fields.
- Knowledge of financial markets products and valuation techniques, including their risk sensitivities.
- Experience with programming languages (e.g., VBA, Python, SQL, C++).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling senior stakeholder relationships and managing conflicts in financial control environments.
- Strong analytical skills with a background in driving project implementations and process improvements.
- Familiarity with Treasury business, Hedge Accounting, and accounting controls for financial instruments.
