Lead design, implementation, and management of Client Virtualization technologies, primarily Citrix and Windows 365.
Manage L2 and L3 support teams and serve as primary escalation point for issues beyond managed service provider capabilities.
Drive strategic planning, system lifecycle management, vulnerability resolution, and continuous improvements to user experience.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years experience implementing, managing, and supporting Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Service (CVAD).
2+ years hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Windows 365.
Experience working on transformation and migration activities based on business requirements.
Work location: Bangalore (Hybrid).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven leadership experience managing or leading teams including MSP or contract staff.
Strong expertise in Citrix cloud, Windows 365 IaaS/SaaS, and Azure Virtual Desktop ecosystems.
Ability to manage complex virtualization environments with a security-first, strategic, and operational rigor approach.
