About This Role
- Oversee daily P&L and risk production, ensuring accurate financial reporting to desk heads and senior finance management.
- Implement robust controls and new business initiatives in partnership with the business and coordinate across front and back office functions to resolve control and reporting issues.
- Manage projects related to product control, including analytical support and cross-business programs.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Control, Financial Control, Accounting, or related area.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related area.
- People management experience required.
- Strong technical skills with Excel, PowerPoint, Alteryx, Tableau.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in controlling product financials within a Prime Finance or similar trading environment with strong P&L and risk familiarity.
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills with a focus on financial controls and high attention to detail.
- Capable of managing cross-functional teams and complex projects with effective communication to senior stakeholders.
