About This Role
- Own end-to-end execution of Temenos T24/Transact upgrades including scoping analysis, code conversion, update installation, and upgrade execution.
- Prepare runbooks and coordinate with interface teams; provide SIT and UAT testing support throughout the upgrade lifecycle.
- Analyze and resolve issues during SIT, UAT, Go-live, and post-live phases; optimize upgrade execution and perform performance tuning.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Temenos Transact (T24) upgrades, including recent releases above R23.
- Experience in at least 3 upgrade projects with minimum 1 project involving TAFC to TAFJ upgrade.
- Technical skills in T24 architecture, local development (LOCAL routines, versions, hooks), TAFJ/jBASE environments, and Temenos upgrade tools (e.g., Upgrade Service, Comparison tools).
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years in relevant Temenos Transact upgrade projects.

- Experienced in leading complex end-to-end upgrades of Temenos Transact banking software with strong technical proficiency in T24 architecture and tools.
- Capable of managing cross-functional coordination between scoping, development, testing (SIT/UAT), and post-go-live support.
- Demonstrates operational ownership with a focus on upgrade optimization, issue resolution, and performance tuning in banking software environments.
