Experienced in leading complex end-to-end upgrades of Temenos Transact banking software with strong technical proficiency in T24 architecture and tools.
Capable of managing cross-functional coordination between scoping, development, testing (SIT/UAT), and post-go-live support.
Demonstrates operational ownership with a focus on upgrade optimization, issue resolution, and performance tuning in banking software environments.
