About This Role
- Lead technical design and development using React, Redux, and Node.js, including creating high-level and low-level design artifacts with attention to scalability, performance, and security.
- Drive coding standards and secure coding practices within Agile pods, perform accurate code reviews, and mentor junior team members as a subject matter expert.
- Coordinate delivery across multiple internal and external teams and manage production issues for quick resolution ensuring robust alerting, recovery, and monitoring integration.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-15 years of hands-on experience with React, Redux, and Node.js.
- Minimum 10 years experience in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, including UI build tools (NPM, Grunt, Gulp) and JS testing frameworks (Mocha, Jasmine, Jest, Chai).
- Experience leading development and design of medium to large projects, preferably in Agile environments, with strong production issue management and team leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE), MCA or equivalent; domain knowledge in Corporate Payments and experience with ITSO activities.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage globally distributed, multi-site technical teams delivering complex financial software projects.
- Hands-on technologist comfortable driving teams towards adoption of future-ready technologies and ensuring high code quality and secure development practices.
- Experienced in corporate payments domain with a solid track record of delivering under tight deadlines and managing production incident resolution effectively.
