About This Role
- Oversee and manage all marine operations and offshore support services at JNPT port, ensuring adherence to QMS standards and customer expectations.
- Drive revenue generation and market share growth for the offshore division through business development and major account management.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and HSSE procedures, including budget control, debt collection, and stakeholder relationship management.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in shipping and offshore industry, preferably related field.
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree required.
- Proficiency in marine operations knowledge: shipping agency, crew logistics, husbandry services, port documentation and regulations.
- Mandatory LMS trainings completion as per company standards.

- Experienced operational leader comfortable managing marine services with strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
- Capable of independently managing vessel calls, handling high-pressure situations, and maintaining compliance with port and safety regulations.
