About This Role
- Develop and implement operations research models (mathematical optimization and/or stochastic simulation) to solve large-scale business problems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and business teams to validate solutions and influence key business decisions.
- Manage project timelines, coordinate team efforts, and ensure delivery of scalable, commercial-grade analytics solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, or relevant Engineering with specialization in Operations Research methods.
- 3+ years of experience applying operations research modeling methods to large-scale commercial problems.
- Proficiency with mathematical modeling languages (e.g., AIMMS, GAMS, AMPL, Pyomo, Gurobipy) and simulation tools (e.g., Stella Architect, VenSim, AnyLogic).
- Familiarity with Python and source code version control tools (Git).
