About This Role
- Manage servicing activities for low to moderately complex commercial lending products ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate resolution of customer service issues and act as primary liaison with Sales, Legal, Risk, Technology, and Operations teams to address customer needs.
- Review and negotiate loan servicing transactions, evaluate risks, provide guidance to peers, and serve as escalation point for client issues.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of commercial loan servicing experience or equivalent experience/training/education/military background.
- Experience handling customer service issues and ensuring regulatory compliance in a banking environment.
- Capability to evaluate loan servicing transactions and risks independently.
- Work Experience Required: 7+ years in commercial loan servicing.
