About This Role
- Manage daily incoming DevOps requests and ensure timely, high-quality delivery within a cross-functional team.
- Design, implement, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub, including release and artifact management.
- Provision, configure, and manage Azure resources and enforce engineering standards, policies, and compliance across projects using infrastructure as code (ARM templates, Bicep, Terraform).
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience in DevOps or related roles.
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps (Azure Repos, Pipelines), GitHub Actions/YAML workflows, and CI/CD implementation.
- Proficiency with Azure services including App Services, Function Apps, Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, ARM templates, Bicep, Terraform, Azure Policies, and RBAC.
- Location requirement: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operating within cross-functional teams handling multiple concurrent priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Skilled at enforcing policies, standards, and best practices across multiple projects and teams.
- Experience or familiarity with cloud platform modernization, environment standardization, and migration initiatives, preferably in Banking or IT services domain.
