About This Role
- Develop and support robust, scalable software applications serving ExxonMobil’s Upstream business.
- Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into working software, adhering to software engineering best practices.
- Maintain high standards of code quality, performance, scalability, and security, with experience in Agile development and version control systems.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on software development experience including WPF.
- Minimum 3 years of back-end development experience using C# and ASP.NET Core.
- Proficiency in Git and CI/CD pipeline configuration using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced full stack developer with strong system design skills including microservices, monolithic and serverless architectures.
- Capable of independently debugging and profiling desktop applications for bug fixes and performance improvements.
- Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating effectively with global teams.
