About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data platforms using Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, Spark, and Delta Lake.
- Lead full lifecycle data engineering activities including automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and data quality governance.
- Optimize performance and cost efficiency of enterprise data platforms, implementing security controls and collaborating across teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or Data Platform Development.
- Strong hands-on skills in Databricks, Apache Spark (PySpark), SQL, Microsoft Fabric, and Delta Lake.
- Experience with automation frameworks, data pipelines, ETL/ELT solutions, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub, or equivalents.
- Bachelor's Degree required; Work Experience Required: 5+ years; Location: Hyderabad / Mumbai / Bangalore.

- Experienced in building and optimizing enterprise data platforms with Databricks and Microsoft Fabric components including Data Factory, Lakehouse, Warehouse, and Semantic Models.
- Skilled in developing automated testing, validation, reconciliation, and governance frameworks for data quality and security.
- Capable of leading technical discussions, mentoring engineers, and aligning engineering best practices with strategic business objectives.
