About This Role
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot software components within the firm's technology products focusing on security, stability, and scalability.
- Write secure, high-quality code primarily in Python or Java with limited guidance, leveraging enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools to improve productivity and code quality.
- Analyze large data sets to identify problems and contribute to decision-making for secure and stable application development.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Practical experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in corporate environments using modern programming languages and database querying languages.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs.
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and exposure to agile methodologies like CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in developing secure, stable, and scalable backend applications within large corporate settings using Python or Java.
- Familiar with AI-assisted software development tools integrated in enterprise environments, with a focus on responsible AI practices including data security and input/output handling.
- Comfortable working within agile teams and following CI/CD pipelines with an understanding of application resiliency and security considerations.
