Strong programming and software engineering skills including testing, documentation, APIs, CI/CD practices, preferably with GitHub.
Experience applying Responsible AI principles, data integrity, validation, traceability, and auditability in regulated environments (pharmaceutical domain).
Experience working in cross-functional product teams collaborating with product managers, domain experts, data scientists, and engineers to deliver scalable AI solutions in enterprise settings.
Demonstrated ability to independently take AI solution components from problem framing through production, evaluation, and iteration with strong product sense and technical judgment.
Practical knowledge of modern AI application patterns, including AI-assisted development tools, AI standards (e.g. MCP), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and enterprise AI platform architectures.
