About This Role
- Manage and coordinate customer orders from receipt through execution and delivery, focusing on technical accuracy and timely completion.
- Serve as primary liaison between customers, internal departments, and the German factory to ensure project milestones, contractual compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement in order processing workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in technical order processing or project coordination.
- Fluency in English and German (verbal and written) is mandatory.
- Knowledge of German commercial law (e.g., BGB, HGB) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with lifting equipment or crane industry to ensure technical compliance and safety standards.
- Able to independently prioritize and manage multiple customer orders and deadlines in a global, remote team environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and German to manage complex cross-functional and international coordination effectively.
