Remote mid-level role but niche Spiff experience required reduces applicant density.
Requires SaaS sales compensation and Spiff/Salesforce domain expertise, limiting cross-industry transferability.
Mandatory Spiff and Salesforce experience plus explicit 4.5–7 years requirement makes filters strict.
Own the entire monthly sales commission cycle: data pull, calculation, validation, approvals, payroll handoff, and rep statements, ensuring timely and accurate payouts.
Manage commission plans, quota models, and capacity models within Spiff, maintaining clean and reliable Salesforce data feeding these calculations.
Partner with Sales leadership, Finance, and People & Culture to design, analyze, and improve compensation plans, providing reporting and scenario modeling to inform decisions.
4.5–7 years experience in sales compensation, Revenue Operations, sales finance, or FP&A within a SaaS or product organization.
Hands-on experience administering Spiff (plan configuration, calculation logic, dashboards, reporting) is mandatory.
Hands-on working experience with Salesforce as the system of record feeding commission calculations.
Work Experience Required: 4.5–7 years in relevant domains as above.
Experienced individual contributor with demonstrated ownership running commission cycles end-to-end, not just supporting others.
Strong technical skills in Spiff and Salesforce, with advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling and familiarity with SQL or BI tools preferred.
Comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, People & Culture) to translate complex compensation details and influence plan design.
