About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of customer solutions: understand needs, design, build, deploy, and maintain software products using AI coding tools like Claude Code.
- Engage directly with customers to run discovery calls, onboard and train their teams, and provide ongoing product support and feature updates.
- Deploy and manage customer-facing applications on company technology stack while handling bugs, feature additions, and data-related queries.
Minimum Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in software or solutions/implementation engineering involving building and delivering software to customers.
- Proficient with modern application frameworks, database usage, and cloud deployment.
- Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
- Must be based in Bengaluru with onsite work capability and able to work hours overlapping with US customers.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in roles combining customer interaction with technical delivery, such as solutions engineer or implementation engineer, now wanting to focus on product building.
- Comfortable shipping entire products independently from design through production deployment and maintenance.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate customer calls, discovery, and training, with aptitude for simplifying complex technical information for clients.
