Experienced ServiceNow developer skilled in both backend and frontend customizations including scripting and integration development.
Proficient in Agile/Scrum environments with experience participating in sprint ceremonies and collaborative development.
Familiar with enterprise-level platform management including upgrades, data modeling, ACL/security, and performance optimization.
