About This Role
- Serve as trusted HR partner to business leaders, driving people strategy aligned with manufacturing operations and business outcomes.
- Lead strategic workforce planning, talent management, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives for the plant/business unit.
- Manage recruitment, rewards, grievance resolution, and HR operational processes to support plant expansion and workforce ramp-up projects.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-8 years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, engineering, or industrial sectors.
- Postgraduate degree in HRM or MBA.
- Experience managing HR independently for a manufacturing location or business unit, including greenfield plant setup or large-scale workforce expansion.
- Strong stakeholder management and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in manufacturing or industrial HR environments involving plant expansions or greenfield projects.
- Ability to independently drive end-to-end HR functions including workforce planning, talent development, and employee relations.
- Comfortable managing multiple HR workstreams and collaborating with senior leadership in dynamic, growth-focused settings.
