About This Role
- Lead and mentor SOC analysts in real-time monitoring, investigation, and incident response activities using SIEM, EDR, and related tools.
- Drive continuous improvement of SOC operations including SIEM rule tuning, incident documentation, and reporting SOC metrics and KPIs to security leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT and cloud teams to integrate security monitoring into systems and support SOC training and incident response exercises.
Minimum Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, security operations, or security engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with SOC operations, threat detection, incident response, and security tools like SIEM, EDR, SOAR.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in team leadership, shift lead, coaching, or mentoring roles.
- Proficient English language skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in attacker tactics and techniques aligned with MITRE ATT&CK framework for threat detection and response effectiveness.
- Skilled in analyzing complex security events and communicating findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiar with cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001 and has a background in SOC maturity and detection engineering improvements.
