About This Role
- End-to-end ownership of HR operations including onboarding, employee lifecycle, and exit formalities with focus on process understanding and improvement.
- Manage employee engagement activities, internal communication, and HR data management such as dashboards, org charts, and employee records ensuring data accuracy and insight.
- Leverage AI, automation, and digital tools to streamline HR processes and independently handle vendor management and employee experience initiatives from concept to execution.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-3 years of work experience in HR operations or related function.
- Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency with AI-driven HR tools, automation, Excel, and digital HR technologies.
- Work Location: Work from Home.

- Someone with strong AI and emerging technology skills applied in HR context, comfortable driving technology-enabled process improvements.
- Proactive and independent operator who can take full ownership of HR tasks without supervision and can solve problems quickly.
- Experienced in managing cross-functional communication and engagement initiatives across different stakeholder levels including employees, leaders, and vendors.
