About This Role
- Design, develop, and deliver secure, stable, and scalable software solutions within an agile Commercial & Investment Bank Payments Technology team.
- Create high-quality production code in Java or Python, maintaining algorithms that synchronize with systems, emphasizing operational stability and security.
- Leverage enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity, ensuring validation through peer review and automated testing.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Proficiency in Java or Python programming languages.
- Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools, with ability to validate AI-generated outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
- Familiarity with system design, software development life cycle, agile methodologies (CI/CD, application resiliency, security), and database technologies like Cassandra or CockroachDB.
